The Australian Flexible Joints separators are suitable for removing liquids and solids from STEAM, AIR or GAS. 

 

They work on a well proven principle whereby the medium enters the separator and is forced through a curved stationary blading arrangement thus creating a controlled centrifugal action.

 

This forces liquids and solids to the outer wall where a series of plates prevent the separated liquid from re-entering the vortex action. These liquids and solids are then drained away leaving the steam, air or gas 99% free of liquids and particles over 10 microns.

 

We manufacture these in all sizes from 40 NB to 1050 NB with any flow or pressure rating and in any material.
